Cilantro Lime Street Corn Relish

Our Spice Up America chefs have been experimenting with our favorite seasonings on the road to bring you the best flavors! This Cilantro Lime Street Corn Relish was created on our tour and paired with Weber® Kick ‘n Chicken seasoned pork loin- combining the zesty and spicy flavors. This easy-to-make dish combines the sweetness of fresh corn with the zing of lime and the freshness of garden vegetables. Here’s how to bring this delicious recipe to life:


  • Corn, 4 ears cut off the cob
  • Cucumber, 1 large diced
  • Cherry Tomatoes, 1 dozen diced
  • Lime Juice, 1 lime fresh squeezed
  • Mayonnaise, 1 cup
  • Tone’s® Cilantro Lime seasoning, 1 tablespoon


  1. Prepare the Corn: Start by cutting the kernels off 4 ears of corn. You can do this by standing each ear of corn upright and slicing downwards with a sharp knife.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, diced cucumber, and diced cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add Lime Juice and Seasoning: Squeeze the juice of one fresh lime over the vegetables. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Tone’s® Cilantro Lime seasoning on top.
  4. Mix with Mayonnaise: Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to the bowl. Gently stir all the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated with the lime juice, seasoning, and mayonnaise.
  5. Chill and Serve: For the best flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate the relish for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve chilled as a delicious side dish or topping for grilled meats or tacos.
