Tone’s® FryDay Fish
The holidays are a busy time, but that doesn't mean you have to resort to eating microwave mac n' cheese every night! Tone's® Fryday Seasoning lends the perfect punch to any type of fish. You'll love the versatility of this recipe - it's a fast weeknight option, but it also makes a great holiday main course!
- 4 tbsp Land O’Lakes® Butter, cubed
- Tone’s® Fryday Seasoning, as desired
- 4 pieces Your favorite fish, such as tilapia
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. While the butter is melting, sprinkle one side of the fish generously with Tone’s® Fryday Seasoning. Take the fish and place the seasoning-covered side down in the pan, and then sprinkle the other side with more Tone’s® Fryday Seasoning. Depending on the type of fish, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once. Serve with your favorite vegetable or side.
