Preheat air fryer to 400℉.
Cut the fish into 16 sticks, about 4 x 1 inches.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs and ½ tbsp Member's Mark™ Bang Bang Seasoning.
In a second bowl, combine the Panko crumbs with ½ tbsp Member's Mark™ Bang Bang Seasoning (use more seasoning if desired).
Dip the fish into the egg mixture, then the Panko. Set aside.
Transfer fish sticks to the air fryer basket (in batches as needed) and spray both sides with olive oil. Air fry for about 8 minutes, flipping fish at the 4 minute mark, and cook until golden and crisp.
For even more Bang Bang flavor, combine ¼ cup of light mayonnaise with 1 tbsp of Member's Mark™ Bang Bang Seasoning. This makes a delicious dipping sauce!
