2Medium russet potatoes
Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Member's Mark™ Sea Salt
½cupSour cream
½tbspDash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning, or more if desired

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Use a fork to poke a few holes in the potatoes. Rub the potatoes with Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with Member's Mark™ Sea Salt.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fry for 40 to 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the skin is crisp.
While the potatoes are cooking, mix the sour cream and Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
When the potatoes are done cooking, remove from the air fryer, fluff the insides, and serve with Dash™ Garlic & Herb Dip (and any other desired toppings).
