Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
Wash and pat the zucchini dry. Slice the zucchinis into thin, uniform rounds, about ⅛ inch thick.
In a large bowl, add the zucchini slices and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Toss them gently to coat evenly. Sprinkle Member's Mark™ Garlic Pepper over the zucchini. Toss again to ensure all slices are well-seasoned.
Place the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding. You may need to do this in batches.
Air fry the zucchini chips for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Keep an eye on them toward the end, as cooking times can vary based on the thickness of your slices and the specific air fryer model.
Once golden and crispy, remove the zucchini chips from the air fryer. If you prefer them even crunchier, you can return them for an additional 1-2 minutes. Let the chips cool for a few minutes on a wire rack or paper towel to help them maintain their crispiness. Garnish with a little chopped parsley or parmesan cheese, if desired!
