Brown Sugar Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes may sound like more of a Thanksgiving side, but you'll want to eat this tasty dish any time of year! These sweet potatoes are roasted with Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon and brown sugar for a slightly (not overly) sweet taste - it's a combo you can't resist!

  • Preheat oven to 450℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place sweet potato cubes in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon, and Member's Mark™ Himalayan Pink Salt Grinder.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes, and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread the potatoes evenly onto baking sheet, and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
