Roasted Homemade Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 Large head cauliflower cut into florets
  • ½ cup All-purpose flower
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tsp Member's Mark™ Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika
  • ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp Member's Mark™ Fine Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • ½ tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper until batter is smooth. Add cauliflower to batter and toss to coat.
  • Spread cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until lightly browned, about 20 to 25 minutes, flipping over halfway through.
  • In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter and lemon juice until well blended. Remove the cauliflower from the over and brush the buffalo sauce mixture on the cauliflower.
  • Return to the oven and bake until they start to brown, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with celery and ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.
