This refreshing salad features arugula topped with tomatoes, burrata, balsamic glaze, Member’s Mark™ Italian Herb Grinder, and a hint of Member’s Mark™ Crushed Red Pepper. Add a little prosciutto to make it even more tantalizing.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (6 oz) Arugula
  • 2 large Ripe tomatoes sliced into wedges
  • 2 4 oz Balls of burrata
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • Member’s Mark™ Italian Herb Grinder
  • ½ tsp Member’s Mark™ Himalayan Pink Salt
  • ¼ - ½ Member’s Mark™ Crushed Red Pepper

Instructions

  • Arrange arugula on serving platter. Top with tomato wedges and burrata.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Using Member’s Mark™ Italian Herb Grinder, grind desired amount over tomatoes and burrata, then sprinkle with Member’s Mark™ Himalayan Pink Salt and Member’s Mark™ Crushed Red Pepper.
