Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 300℉.
In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, light brown sugar, Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon, salt, and ground nutmeg. Set aside.
In a separate small bowl, whisk Magnolia-Star Pure Vanilla Extract with the egg white until just foamy. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add Member's Mark™ Natural Pecan Halves. Toss in the egg white mixture until evenly coated. Add the cinnamon sugar mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Spread the pecan mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature.
