Classic Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Russet potatoes About 5 medium sized potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-in cubes
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp French's® Yellow Mustard
  • ¼ cup Pickle relish
  • ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp White vinegar
  • 6 Hard boiled eggs diced
  • 2 stalks Celery diced
  • 5 Green onions diced
  • Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder to taste
  • Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder to taste
  • Member's Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika to taste

Instructions

  • Add diced potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook the potatoes until they're fork tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, relish, Member's Mark™ Granulated Garlic, Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar, and vinegar.
  • Add potatoes into the large bowl and coat them evenly. Fold in the hard boiled eggs, celery, and green onions. Add Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder and Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder to taste. Add a sprinkle of Member's Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika on top as garnish.
