2stalksCelery, sliced
2lbsRed potatoes, cut into 1⁄2-inch pieces (6 c)
4cupsWater

1tspMember’s Mark™ Thyme
1tspMember’s Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika
½tspMember’s Mark™ Fine Garlic Powder
½tspMember’s Mark™ Onion Powder
¼tspMember’s Mark™ Fine Ground Black Pepper
1 (12 oz)packageFrozen corn, thawed
1½cupsHalf and half
1tbspMember’s Mark™ Chopped Chives

Instructions
Cook bacon in 5-quart stock pot until crisp. Remove bacon, leaving drippings in pot.
Add celery and cook 4 minutes or until softened. Add potatoes and cook 2 minutes.
Stir in water, Member's Mark™ Chicken Bouillon Cubes, Member's Mark™ Bay Leaf, Member's Mark™ Thyme, Member's Mark™ Paprika, Member's Mark™ Garlic Powder, Member's Mark™Onion Powder, and Member's Mark™ Fine Ground Black Pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Return bacon to pot. Stir in corn, half and half and Member's Mark™ Chives and simmer 5 minutes.
