While we highly recommend serving these Corned Beef Sliders on St. Patrick's Day, they are the perfect party food for any time of year! Einstein Bros. Everything Bagel Seasoning adds an extra touch of deliciousness to this wonderful combo of corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and Swiss cheese.
Remove the rolls from the packaging. While leaving the rolls together in one sheet, slice in half. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine sauerkraut and reuben dressing (see instructions below).
Spread 3 tablespoons of butter over bottom layer of rolls. Place 6 slices of cheese on top of butter. Spread sliced corned beef evenly over top of cheese.
Spread reuben dressing/sauerkraut mixture over top of corned beef. Add remaining 6 slices of cheese over sauerkraut mixture. Sprinkle 1½ tsp Einstein Bros™ Everything Bagel Seasoning evenly over the cheese. Place the sheet of roll tops on top of cheese.
Melt remaining butter and brush it over top of sliders. Sprinkle remaining 1½ tsp Einstein Bros™ Everything Bagel Seasoning on top of rolls. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops of rolls are a bit crunchy.
Slice in between rolls with serrated edge knife before serving.
For the Reuben Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.
