Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites

We love a versatile recipe - and these Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites check the box! While you can serve them as an appetizer, these perfectly poppable pieces of salmon taste great with some jasmine rice. You will love the crunchy texture combined with a little heat from Member's Mark™ Bang Bang Seasoning. Plus, salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon filets, skin removed
  • 1 tbsp Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Fine Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Fine Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Member's Mark™ Cayenne Pepper optional
  • Member's Mark™ Salt and Pepper Grinders, to taste
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp Member's Mark™ Bang Bang Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Lime juice
  • Chopped green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  • Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes. Place salmon in a large bowl. Gently toss with Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Member's Mark™ Fine Garlic Powder, Member's Mark™ Fine Onion Powder, Member's Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika, Member's Mark™ Cayenne Pepper, and Member's Mark™ Salt and Pepper Grinders, to taste.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • While the salmon is cooking, whisk together the mayonnaise, Member's Mark™ Bang Bang Seasoning, honey, and lime juice.
  • Toss or drizzle cooked salmon with sauce and garnish with green onions. Serve as an appetizer or over jasmine rice.
