Dash™ Mediterranean Kale and Roasted Chickpea Power Bowl
When you want to throw a bunch of ingredients together and make a meal out of it, then bowls are the way to go! This Dash™ Mediterranean Kale and Roasted Chickpea Power Bowl is delicious on its own, as a side salad, or when it has some added "power" - like grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu!

1(15 oz) canChickpeas, drained and rinsed
2tbspMember's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1tbspDash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1cupBaby kale
1tbspLemon juice
2cupsArugula
¼cupFeta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil and Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
On a baking tray, spread the seasoned chickpeas evenly in a single layer, and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, shaking pan halfway through, until lightly browned.
In a bowl, toss warm roasted chickpeas with kale and lemon juice followed by the arugula.
Divide into bowls for serving sprinkle with additional Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning and garnish with feta cheese.
