Dash™ Salmon and Zucchini

A quick, healthy meal is easy to achieve with Dash™ Seasonings! This salmon is seasoned to perfection with Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning and then oven-baked for delicious texture. While the salmon is baking, sauté sliced zucchini and onions (seasoned in Dash™ Original) for a scrumptious side dish!

Ingredients

For the Salmon

  • 2 Salmon filets, 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • tsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning

For the Zucchini

  • 2 tbsp Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 small Red onion, sliced
  • 1 medium Green zucchini, sliced
  • 1 medium Yellow zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tsp Dash™ Original Seasoning

Instructions

For the Salmon

  • Preheat oven to 450℉.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Place salmon filets on baking sheet. Evenly top salmon with pads of butter. Season salmon with Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
  • Bake for 12-16 minutes, or until internal temperature in thickest part of salmon registers 145℉.

For the Zucchini

  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil until shimmering. Add the onion, zucchini, and Dash™ Original Seasoning. Sauté until onion is golden brown.
