We've all heard of #TacoTuesday, but what about #NachoEveryday? Nachos are often overlooked for dinner because let’s face it…they usually fall under the appetizer or snack category. But not anymore! Deluxe Nachos give you the perfect opportunity to create a nacho bar, which is probably one of the greatest inventions ever!

Instructions
For the Refried Beans
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the refried beans. Stir in the sour cream, salsa, and Member's Mark™ Taco Seasoning. Stir frequently until the ingredients are blended. Once the beans start bubbling, turn the heat to low and leave on the stovetop until you're ready to assemble the nachos.
For the Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the meat and drain the excess fat. Add the water and Member's Mark™ Taco Seasoning; simmer 10-15 minutes.
For the Nachos
Spread the tortilla chips over a very large platter or 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Distribute the refried beans evenly over the chips, and follow with the ground beef. Sprinkle the cheese over the meat. (If the cheese does not seem to be melting, you can also pop the baking sheets in the oven at 400℉ for 15 minutes.)
Now comes the fun part! Choose some of the toppings listed above (or all of them) and place them in small bowls for easy assembly. You can add them all to your big pan of nachos, or have everyone add their toppings individually. Either way, these nachos will turn out to be delicious!
