Four Sixes™ Bunkhouse Campfire Brisket Nachos

Gameday calls for the ultimate appetizer - like Four Sixes™ Bunkhouse Campfire Brisket Nachos! Tender brisket smothered in melty cheese and plentiful toppings means your crowd will be happy, no matter the outcome of the game!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs Shredded bbq brisket
  • Four Sixes™ Bunkhouse Campfire Seasoning, as desired
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce, as needed
  • Tortilla chips, as needed
  • 2 cups Your choice of shredded cheese
  • cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Pico de gallo or salsa
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • Sliced jalapeños, as desired
  • Shredded lettuce, as desired

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉.
  • Sprinkle brisket with desired amount of Four Sixes™ Bunkhouse Campfire Seasoning. If brisket seems a little dry, toss it with your favorite bbq sauce.
  • Spread tortilla chips out on a baking sheet.
  • Top chips with brisket and cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted.
  • To serve, top with red onion, pico de gallo, cilantro, sour cream, jalapeño, and lettuce.
