Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh basil leaves
  • cup Pine nuts
  • ½ cup Member's Mark™ Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • cup Member's Mark™ Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder
  • Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder to taste

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add basil, pine nuts, cheese, and garlic and pulse until well mixed. Add oil, lemon juice, and salt and mix until smooth. Add pepper to taste and mix again.
  • Store in a jar or resealable container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
