  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash, peel, and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  • Add the cubed sweet potatoes to a large sheet pan and drizzle with Graza® olive oil and toss with salt, paprika, granulated garlic, and black pepper. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the pan.
  • Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey over the potatoes. Toss to coat and roast for another 5 minutes or until caramelized.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Plate and top them with crumbled feta and fresh thyme.
