Ingredients
4largeSweet potatoespeeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash, peel, and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Add the cubed sweet potatoes to a large sheet pan and drizzle with Graza® olive oil and toss with salt, paprika, granulated garlic, and black pepper. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the pan.
Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey over the potatoes. Toss to coat and roast for another 5 minutes or until caramelized.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Plate and top them with crumbled feta and fresh thyme.
