Instant Pot Apple Crisp

We know that pumpkin gets all the glory during the fall months, but why not give apple the chance to shine? This Instant Pot Apple Crisp features the warm, cozy flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg, plus a crispy oat topping for some extra crunch. Even better - this recipe is made in the pressure cooker, so it's ready in minutes!

Ingredients

For the Apples

  • 6 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Organic Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Almond extract
  • ¼ cup Member's Mark™ Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • ½ cup Water

For the Crisp Topping

  • 4 tbsp Member's Mark™ Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Member's Mark™ Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 pinch Member's Mark™ Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Organic Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel and cube apples into large chunks or slices. Combine apples with Member's Mark™ Organic Cinnamon, nutmeg, almond extract, and Member's Mark™ Light Brown Sugar in the Instant Pot. Add water. Stir until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, oats, flour, Member's Mark™ Light Brown Sugar, Member's Mark™ Sea Salt, and Member's Mark™ Organic Cinnamon. Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of the apples, but do not stir.
  • Lock the lid in place and select HIGH PRESSURE for a cook time of 3 minutes. When done cooking, do a quick release.
  • Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
