Bring a large pot to a boil. While waiting, finely grate the zest the 1 large lemon, set aside. Juice the lemon into a small dish and set aside.
In a large frying pan, melt 4 tbsp of Member's Mark™ Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter and 1 tbsp of Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted, add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and heavy whipping cream to the pan and stir occasionally. Season with Member’s Mark™ Lemon Pepper Seasoning and Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt and stir. Let the sauce simmer for a minute or 2 until thickened. Remove the pan from heat.
Add pasta to the boiling water and cook under al dente. Once the pasta is cooked, save ½ cup of pasta water. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Add saved pasta water as needed. Plate and garnish with extra lemon zest and basil. Serve and enjoy!
