Ingredients

For the Pork Chops

  • 4 Bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Member's Mark™ Sweet Applewood Seasoning

For the Cauliflower

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1-2 tbsp Member's Mark™ Six Pepper Seasoning
  • ¼ cup Olive oil

Instructions

For the Pork Chops

  • Preheat the grill on medium high heat for 10 minutes until it is around 400°F. Turn off the burners on one side of the grill so that you have a zone of direct heat and a zone of indirect heat.
  • Rub the pork chops all over with the olive oil, then sprinkle generously with Member's Mark™ Sweet Applewood Seasoning, massaging it into the meat. You can use more or less seasoning, depending on your preferences.
  • Place the pork chops on the grill over direct heat and sear for 2-3 minutes, then flip and sear the other side for 2-3 minutes.
  • Move the pork chops to the indirect heat side of the grill and cook for another 5-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F when measured with an instant read meat thermometer.
  • Remove pork chops from the grill and let rest for 3-5 minutes.

For the Cauliflower

  • Heat grill to medium or about 400℉.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, Member's Mark™ Six Pepper Seasoning, and olive oil. Mix until combined.
  • Place grill pan on grill and spread cauliflower out evenly on the pan.
  • Close grill and cook for about 20 minutes or until cauliflower is crisp tender.
