2lbsGround beef
1largeGreen bell pepper, chopped (about 2 c)
¼cupMember's Mark™ Minced Onion
2tbspMember’s Mark™ Chili Powder
1½tbspMember’s Mark™ Ground Cumin
1tbspMember’s Mark™ Granulated Garlic
1½tspMember’s Mark™ Ground Cinnamon
1can (28 oz)Crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
1¼cupWater
1Member's Mark™ Beef Bouillon cube
1can (15 oz)Red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1can (11 oz)Mexican style corn, drained

Instructions
Cook ground beef, bell pepper and Member's Mark™ Minced Onion in 5 or 6-quart stockpot until beef is browned.
Add Member’s Mark™ Chili Powder, Member’s Mark™ Ground Cumin, Member’s Mark™ Granulated Garlic, and Member’s Mark™ Ground Cinnamon and cook 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients except beans and corn and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in beans and corn and simmer 5 minutes.
