Instructions
For the Weber® Kick 'N Chicken® Pulled Chicken
Trim chicken thighs of visible fat. Generously sprinkle with Weber® Kick 'N Chicken® Seasoning.
Grill over direct medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature is at least 170°F.
Remove from heat, cover with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes. Toast rolls on grill for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Using 2 forks, shred chicken into bite-sized pieces. Portion onto toasted rolls; top with sauce. (See below for recipe.)
For the Weber® Kick 'N Chicken® Alabama White Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl (start with 1 tbsp Weber® Kick 'N Chicken® Seasoning and taste test to see if you'd like to add more of a kick). Whisk together until smooth and combined. Use immediately, or store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
Weber® Gourmet Burger Air Fryer Potato Chips
Slice the potatoes crosswise into VERY THIN rounds about 1/16-inch thick. You can use a mandoline, but be sure to be VERY careful!
Place potatoes in a large bowl and fill the bowl with cold water. Rinse, moving the potatoes around, then drain. Rinse once more, repeating as needed until the water runs clear, not white (this removes the starches so the chips can crisp). Spread the potatoes onto a layer of paper towels and pat dry. Dry the bowl.
Return the dry potatoes to the bowl and top with the oil and Weber® Gourmet Burger Seasoning. Toss to coat, ensuring all of the slices are seasoned. Feel free to add more seasoning if desired.
Preheat your air fryer to 325°F. Spread the potatoes in the bottom of the basket in an even layer. Air fry for 20 minutes, until the potatoes are dark golden at the edges and crisp, tossing them with tongs every 5 to 7 minutes. If some chips finish earlier than others, remove them to a plate so they don't burn. Repeat with remaining potatoes.
