Einstein Bros. Bagels® Everything Bagel Cheese Ball
The perfect appetizer for your holiday gatherings doesn't need to be difficult to make. The simplicity of this Einstein Bros. Bagels® Everything Bagel Cheese Ball is what makes it so great! This wonderfully cheesy spread features Einstein Bros. Bagels® Everything Bagel, which adds a nice blend of crunchy, garlicky flavor. Serve with your favorite crackers or naan bread!
Ingredients
- 8 oz PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp Einstein Bros. Bagels® EverythingBagel Seasoning, divided
- Glad® Cling Wrap
- PAM® Cooking Spray
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and 2 tbsp Einstein Bros. Bagels® Everything Bagel Seasoning. Mix together to incorporate all of the ingredients.
- In a shallow dish, add 2 tbsp Einstein Bros. Bagels®Everything Bagel Seasoning. Roll the cheese ball in the seasoning until completely covered.
- Spray a piece of Glad® Cling Wrap with PAM®Cooking Spray. Wrap the cheese ball in the plastic and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until you’re ready to serve.
