Roasted Winter Vegetable Nourish Bowl

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Toss the Brussels sprouts, carrots, sweet potato, and red onion in olive oil and Dash™ Seasoning of your choice. Spread on a baking sheet lined in foil.
  • Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve the roasted veggies over quinoa and garnish with chopped parsley. Sprinkle with desired amount of Dash™ Seasoning, and serve!
