Salmon and Avocado BLT Sandwich

BLTs are wonderful, but do they ever leave you feeling a little hungry? Try adding grilled salmon and avocado onto your sandwich! It will take it from OK to AMAZING!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp + 1-2 tsp Weber® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 slices Thick bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 4 (3.4-4 oz) Salmon filets, skin removed
  • 4 Buns of your choice
  • 4 pieces Large leaf lettuce
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Large avocado, sliced thinly
  • Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder, as desired

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the Weber® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning and mayonnaise. Set aside.
  • Preheat your grill to 400 to 450℉.
  • Pat the salmon dry with a towel. Sprinkle 1-2 tsp of Weber® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning over the salmon.
  • Place the salmon on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until it’s opaque and pink. Remove the salmon and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • While the salmon is on the grill, you can also place the buns on the grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
  • Assemble sandwich by spreading the desired amount of mayonnaise onto the bottom bun, then a piece of lettuce, the salmon, bacon, avocado, and tomato. You can also sprinkle the desired amount of Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder onto the sandwich before placing on the top bun.
