6Russet potatoes, sliced 3 cm wide by 3 cm thick
34ozVegetable oil
⅓cupMember's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1tbspMember's Mark™ Garlic Powder
¼cupParsley, chopped
1tspMember's Mark™ Sea Salt
1tspMember's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder

Instructions
Place the potatoes into an ice bath and leave for a minimum of 1 hour. This will remove the starch from the potatoes.
In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat vegetable oil to 375℉.
Fry potatoes until they are a deep golden brown - about 10-12 minutes.
Drain fries when they are done cooking. In a large bowl, combine fries, Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Member's Mark™ Garlic Powder, parsley, Member's Mark™ Sea Salt, and Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder.
