Preheat oven to 350℉. Line baking sheet in parchment paper.
Using a stand mixer, cream Member's Mark™ Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter and Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and molasses. Mix until incorporated.
Scoop dough into small balls (smaller than a golf ball) and roll in sugar. Place on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from the baking sheet and place on a wire cooling rack so they flatten slightly. Enjoy!
