Sushi Bake

This Sushi Bake recipe is a deconstructed, casserole-style version of sushi. It combines the flavors of a traditional sushi roll but eliminates the need for rolling, making it an easy and shareable dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar
  • ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 10 oz Imitation crab shredded
  • 8 oz Salmon cooked, shredded
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • cup Sriracha mayo
  • Furikake rice seasoning
  • Seaweed snacks
  • Green onion chopped
  • Einstein Bros. Bagels™ Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Prepare sushi rice according to package.
  • In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix and microwave until sugar and salt are dissolved, about 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into the cooked sushi rice and mix until well combined. Set aside.
  • In large bowl, combine shredded imitation crab and salmon. Add softened cream cheese and sriracha mayo. Mix until well combined.
  • Preheat the oven to 400F and prepare a baking dish, we suggest 9X9 inch or 9X13 inch.
  • Add cooked sushi rice to the baking dish and pat down. Sprinkle furikake on the rice, then top with the crab-salmon mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Take the dish out of the oven and top with sriracha mayo, more furikake, chopped green onions, and Einstein Bros. Bagels™ Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  • Serve warm with seaweed snack and enjoy!
