Preheat over to 400' F. Add peeled and cubed sweet potato cubes to a bowl and toss with Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Member's Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika, Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt, and Member's Mark™ Black Pepper. Make sure each cube is evenly coated.
Put seasoned sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake them for about 20-25 minutes, until tender.
While the sweet potatoes bake, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add Member’s Mark™ Taco Seasoning to the browned ground beef and stir. Cook for an additional minute.
Assemble the bowls by adding in roasted sweet potatoes, ground beef, and any desired toppings (avocado, sour cream, lime, etc.).
