Crostini
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Arrange thinly sliced baguette slices in a single layer on the baking sheets and add olive oil to both sides.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Whipped Ricotta
Combine the ricotta cheese, a dash of olive oil, and salt and pepper.
Whip by hand, or with a food processor or stand mixer.
