Turkey Cranberry Sliders

Sure, we like Thanksgiving food, but do you know what we like more? The leftovers! Put the leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, and buns to good use with these Turkey Cranberry Sliders. Add a little Havarti cheese and you have yourself a nice little post-Thanksgiving lunch!

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Slice each slider bun in half, leaving a connecting hinge piece of bread so they open like a book.
  • Place a slice of turkey meat onto each bun and line them up in neat rows on the baking pan.
  • Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of each piece of turkey.
  • Tear the Havarti cheese into quarters and put two square quarters over the cranberry sauce. Close the slider buns.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Member's Mark™ Onion Powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the sliders. Sprinkle the tops with Einstein Bros® Everything Bagel Seasoning, if desired.
  • Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
