For the Salmon Sandwich
Place two fresh salmon fillets in a greased pan using cooking spray. Drizzle olive oil and 1 tablespoon Weber® Roasted Garlic Asiago Seasoning over the top of the fish. Grill on direct heat at 500. for 10 to 12 minutes. When cooked, remove the skin and place on a plate until ready to assemble the sandwich.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of Weber® Roasted Garlic Asiago Seasoning.
Assemble the sandwiches with salmon, roasted red pepper, and spread the mayonnaise mixture on the top portion of the bun.
For the Truffle Fries
Preheat oven according to frozen French fry instructions.
Spray a pan with Pam® cooking spray. Single layer the fries on the pan.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Weber® Smoky Truffle Seasoning over fries. Toss, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 teaspoon.
Bake fries according to instructions. Season with Member’s Mark™ Sea Salt and Member’s Mark™ Ground Black Pepper to taste.
