Instructions
For the Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Weber® Steak 'n Chop™ Seasoning over both sides of the chicken breasts. Grill chicken over Direct High heat, with the lid closed as much as possible, for 6 to 8 minutes until browned.
Turn and grill an additional 6 to 8 minutes until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature is at least 170°F. Remove chicken from grill and let rest 5 minutes.
Serve chicken with toasted sourdough, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise, if desired.
For the Grilled Asparagus
Rinse the asparagus and cut off the woody ends.
In a large dish, season the asparagus with Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar, and Weber® Ultimate Garlic Seasoning. Toss with your hands so the spears are well-coated.
If you have time, let the asparagus marinate at least an hour. If not, it's fine to cook right away! If you're ready to cook, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the asparagus from the marinade (be sure to reserve marinade for later). Place the asparagus in a grill basket (this is the easiest way to cook so they don't fall through the grates). Grill the asparagus for 3-8 minutes (depending on the thickness of your asparagus and the heat of your grill), turning occasionally, until they are tender. A light char will add even more flavor!
When you're done grilling, toss the asparagus back into the dish with the vinegar to add even more flavor, then serve!
