Whipped Feta Dip

Summertime calls for appetizers that are: quick, refreshing, and require no ovens! This Whipped Feta Dip fits the bill. Serve it with pita chips, naan bread, or grilled veggies for some serious summer yum.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block Feta cheese in brine
  • ½ cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • Juice from half of a lemon
  • Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder as desired
  • Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder as desired
  • Spice Islands® Dill Weed as desired
  • Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil as desired

Instructions

  • Drain the feta cheese; crumble into pieces and place in a food processor. Add the yogurt, lemon juice and Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder. Blend until smooth.
  • Place feta mixture in a bowl. Top with Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder, Spice Islands® Dill Weed, and a drizzle of Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
