Classic Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Russet potatoes About 5 medium sized potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-in cubes
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp French's® Yellow Mustard
- ¼ cup Pickle relish
- ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp White vinegar
- 6 Hard boiled eggs diced
- 2 stalks Celery diced
- 5 Green onions diced
- Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder to taste
- Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder to taste
- Member's Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika to taste
Instructions
- Add diced potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook the potatoes until they're fork tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
