Pesto Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 lb Pizza dough store bought or homemade
- Homemade Pesto
- 4 oz Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes sliced
- Member's Mark™ Italian Herb Grinder
- Flour for pizza dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500'F.
- Dust a baking sheet with flour, place pizza dough on the baking sheet, and stretch it into a large circle. Using a fork, poke holes all over the dough. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove the crust from oven and brush on 2 tablespoons of the pesto. Top with mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes and bake for 6 minutes, or until the crust is browned.
- Top the pizza with additional spoonfuls of pesto. Top with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, Member's Mark™ Italian Herb Seasoning, and other desired toppings. Slice and serve.
