Halloween Feet Loaf

What is spookier than a severed foot on Halloween? Don't fret - this recipe for Feet Loaf may sound creepy...but it's actually just meat loaf with a little Halloween flair! Be sure to include the onion toenails - they give these feet the full effect!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉.
  • In large bowl, whisk together eggs, au jus, Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder, dry mustard, and Member's Mark™ Onion Powder. Mix in beef and panko crumbs, just until combined.
  • Divide mixture in half and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Form each half into a foot shape. Cut a thick slice of the onion and using one ring, cut toenail shapes for each toe. Slice two small onion rings and place onto the top of the ankle.
  • Drizzle a little ketchup over each onion ring and let it down the sides of the "foot." Bake for 40-50 minutes or until center is cooked through. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
