5ozCream cheese, softened
1tbspMayonnaise
2tbspWeber® Herb Garden Seasoning, or more if desired
8slicesBread (sourdough makes great grilled cheese, but the possibilities are endless!)
Salted butter, softened, as desired
16slicesCheese, your choice
4slicesTomato

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Weber® Herb Garden Seasoning. Set aside.
Spread the softened butter on one side of 4 pieces of bread. Lay bread out in a single layer on a baking sheet, with buttered side down.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the 4 slices of bread. Top with 2 pieces of cheese and a tomato slice.
Close the sandwich with another slice of bread. Butter the top of the second slice of bread.
Bake the sandwiches for 4 minutes, flip, then bake for another 2-4 minutes, or until both sides are golden-brown and the cheese is melty!
