Shrimp and zucchini noodles

Weber® Ultimate Garlic Shrimp Zoodle Bowl

Zoodles (zucchini + noodle = zoodle) are the perfect way to enjoy pasta-like goodness without the carbs! When you add shrimp and Weber® Ultimate Garlic Seasoning to the mix, you have a bowl of delicious flavor that won't leave you feeling weighed down afterwards!

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium zucchini
  • ¾ lb Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tbsp Weber® Ultimate Garlic Seasoning
  • Member's Mark™ Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Member's Mark™ Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, as desired

Instructions

  • Use a spiralizer on the medium setting to slice the zucchini. Set aside.
  • Add the olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest to a large skillet on medium heat. Once the pan is warm, add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp for one minute per side.
  • Add Weber® Ultimate Garlic Seasoning to the shrimp. Cook for an additional minute, stirring often.
  • Add the zucchini noodles and stir/toss (e.g. with tongs) constantly for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are slightly cooked.
  • Season with Member's Mark™ Ground Black Pepper, Member's Mark™ Sea Salt Grinder, and the chopped parsley. Divide between 2 bowls, and serve immediately.
