  • Preheat oven to 450℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place sweet potato cubes in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon, and Member's Mark™ Himalayan Pink Salt Grinder.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes, and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread the potatoes evenly onto baking sheet, and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
