Ingredients
- 3 medium Sweet potatoes washed, peeled, and chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 4 tbsp Butter melted
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon
- Member's Mark™ Himalayan Pink Salt Grinder to tase
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place sweet potato cubes in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon, and Member's Mark™ Himalayan Pink Salt Grinder.
- Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes, and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes evenly onto baking sheet, and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
