Turkey Cranberry Sliders
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
- 12 slices Turkey
- 3 slices Thick Havarti cheese
- ¾ cup Cranberry sauce
- 4 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Einstein Bros® Everything Bagel Seasoning for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Slice each slider bun in half, leaving a connecting hinge piece of bread so they open like a book.
- Place a slice of turkey meat onto each bun and line them up in neat rows on the baking pan.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of each piece of turkey.
- Tear the Havarti cheese into quarters and put two square quarters over the cranberry sauce. Close the slider buns.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Member's Mark™ Onion Powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the sliders. Sprinkle the tops with Einstein Bros® Everything Bagel Seasoning, if desired.
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
