It’s a classic sandwich that feels hearty and indulgent, yet comes together with minimal effort thanks to the slow cooker, making it perfect for busy weeknights or low-stress entertaining.

What makes this version stand out is the thoughtful use of Member’s Mark™ products, which build deep, crave-worthy flavor without complicating the process. A well-seasoned beef roast, enhanced with pantry staples and spices, slowly cooks until it’s melt-in-your-mouth tender, one of the hallmarks of a great French dip sandwich . The addition of quality ingredients like beef broth, Member’s Mark™ seasonings, and rolls helps create a rich, savory base that transforms into a flavorful au jus, perfect for dipping every bite.

The beauty of this recipe is its simplicity. With just a few minutes of prep, the slow cooker does the heavy lifting, allowing the beef to soak up all those bold flavors as it cooks low and slow. The result is a sandwich that’s layered with juicy, seasoned meat, melty cheese, and just the right amount of richness. It’s the kind of meal that feels like you spent hours in the kitchen (even though you didn’t).

Fun, satisfying, and incredibly versatile, these French dip sandwiches are great for casual dinners, game days, or even feeding a crowd. While they’re especially cozy during cooler months, they’re just as enjoyable year-round, since the slow cooker keeps your kitchen cool and stress-free.
