Honey Garlic Salmon Almondine
Salmon's always a healthy dinner option…make it even healthier with an almond crust! Almonds contain vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber, and Weber® Honey Garlic Seasoning adds an extra boost of flavor.
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Almonds, chopped
- Weber® Honey Garlic Seasoning, to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 4 Fillets fresh salmon
- Melt butter in a large skillet; add almonds and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon Weber® Honey Garlic Seasoning. Cook until almonds are lightly browned. Remove from heat and pour into small bowl.
- Wipe out skillet and add oil. Add salmon and cook on medium heat. Season generously with Honey Garlic Rub. Turn when salmon is browned. Cook until fish is cooked through and flakes easily. Top with reserved almond mixture and serve immediately.
