Festive Bang Bang Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb 41/60 or 31/40 count shrimp
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Member's Mark™ Bang Bang Seasoning
- ¼ cup Celery, diced
- ¼ cup Seedless cucumbers, diced
- 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Peel and devein shrimp. Place shrimp in a pot of water filled about 2 inches above the shrimp. Bring water to a boil. Then immediately drain water and run shrimp under cold water to stop the cooking process. Chill shrimp in fridge until completely cooled, then dice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Member's Mark™ Bang Bang Seasoning. Whisk until smooth.
- Fold shrimp pieces into the mixture. Garnish with diced celery, cucumber, cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve with your favorite dippers - we like crispy seaweed crackers!
