Soft Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Member's Mark™ Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter softened
  • 1 cup Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar, plus additional for rolling
  • 1 Egg large
  • cup Molasses
  • 2 ¼ cup Member's Mark™ All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Member's Mark™ Organic Ground Ginger
  • ¾ tsp Member's Mark™ Sea Salt
  • ¾ tsp Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp Ground nutmeg
  • Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line baking sheet in parchment paper.
  • Using a stand mixer, cream Member's Mark™ Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter and Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and molasses. Mix until incorporated.
  • Add Member's Mark™ All-Purpose Flour, baking soda, Member's Mark™ Organic Ground Ginger, Member's Mark™ Sea Salt, Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg. Mix until soft dough forms.
  • Scoop dough into small balls (smaller than a golf ball) and roll in sugar. Place on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from the baking sheet and place on a wire cooling rack so they flatten slightly. Enjoy!
