Soft Gingerbread Cookies
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Member's Mark™ Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter softened
- 1 cup Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar, plus additional for rolling
- 1 Egg large
- ⅓ cup Molasses
- 2 ¼ cup Member's Mark™ All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Member's Mark™ Ground Ginger
- ¾ tsp Member's Mark™ Sea Salt
- ¾ tsp Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Ground Cloves
- ¼ tsp Member's Mark™ Ground Nutmeg
- Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Line baking sheet in parchment paper.
- Using a stand mixer, cream Member's Mark™ Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter and Member's Mark™ Granulated Sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and molasses. Mix until incorporated.
- Add Member's Mark™ All-Purpose Flour, baking soda, Member's Mark™ Ground Ginger, Member's Mark™ Sea Salt, Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon, Member's Mark™ Ground Cloves, and Member's Mark™ Ground Nutmeg. Mix until soft dough forms.
- Scoop dough into small balls (smaller than a golf ball) and roll in sugar. Place on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from the baking sheet and place on a wire cooling rack so they flatten slightly. Enjoy!
