Dash™ Garlic & Herb White Bean Dip is the ultimate game time appetizer! Even though it takes 5 short minutes to make, it’s packed with flavor! White beans make this dip smooth and creamy, while Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning adds a nice robust touch – without any of the salt!
This Dip is Similar to Hummus…Why Use White Beans?
White beans are great for making dips because they have a creamy texture and a mild, slightly nutty flavor that makes them easy to season and customize. Here’s why they work so well:
Creamy Consistency – When blended, white beans (like cannellini, Great Northern, or navy beans) create a smooth and velvety texture, perfect for dipping.
Neutral Flavor – Their mild taste allows other ingredients (like garlic, lemon, herbs, and spices) to shine without overpowering the dip.
High in Protein and Fiber – They add a satisfying, hearty element to the dip, making it more filling and nutritious.
Versatile Base – You can mix in a wide range of flavors — from Mediterranean-inspired ingredients like olive oil, lemon, and tahini to bold spices like cumin and paprika.
Easy to Work With – Canned or pre-cooked white beans make it quick and simple to whip up a dip in minutes.
What is Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning All About?
Salt-free – Great for reducing sodium intake without sacrificing flavor.
Balanced Flavor – The mix of garlic and herbs adds depth and complexity to meats, vegetables, dips, and more.
Versatile – Works well on roasted veggies, chicken, fish, pasta, and even popcorn!
It’s basically an all-purpose seasoning with a garlic-forward, herby vibe. Do you use it in any go-to recipes?
