Ultimate Summer Coleslaw
Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp Member's Mark™ Black Peppercorn Grinder
- ¼ tsp Spice Islands® Celery Seed
- 6 cups Green cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Purple cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt and Member's Mark™ Black Peppercorn Grinder until the mixture is combined and there are no lumps. Add Spice Islands® Celery Seeds and whisk to combine.
- In a large bowl, place 3 cups green cabbage, ½ cup purple cabbage, and ½ cup carrots and stir to combine. Pour half of the dressing over the coleslaw in the large bowl.
- Add the rest of the cabbage and carrots to the large bowl, and pour the rest of the dressing over it. Stir until combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and chill for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, stir, then garnish with salt, pepper, and extra celery seeds.
