There is nothing better than a BLT in the summertime. The fresh tomatoes, the crispy bacon, the crunchy lettuce…the only thing that could improve this staple recipe is homemade ranch and rolling it up into a handy wrap! For an added tasty touch, try adding some avocado to the wrap. You won’t be disappointed!
About the Homemade Ranch
We all know it’s easy to use store-bought ranch, and while that is a fine choice, homemade ranch is SO much better! The tasty blend of spices, creamy yogurt, mayo, and fresh lemon juice will make you never want to turn back to store-bought again!
How to Fold a Burrito-Sized Tortilla
This can be a little tricky, and we don’t want all of your scrumptious ingredients to fall out when you go to take a bite! Here’s some tips to make sure all of your BLT ingredients remain safe and sound.

Warm the Tortilla (optional but helpful)
Heat it in a skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds. A warm tortilla is more pliable and less likely to tear. -
Add the Filling

Place the filling in the center, but slightly closer to the bottom edge.

Leave about 1.5 inches of space on the sides and bottom.

Don’t overfill—this is key to a good wrap!

Fold the Bottom Up
Take the bottom edge and fold it up over the filling. -
Fold in the Sides
Fold the left and right sides toward the center, over the filling. You’ll now have a rough envelope shape. -
Roll it Up
While holding the sides in place, roll the whole thing upward tightly from the bottom, tucking as you go. -
Seal the Seam
Place seam-side down on a warm skillet or press lightly to seal. If needed, use a toothpick or foil wrap for transport.

BLT Wrap with Homemade Ranch
Ingredients
For the Wrap
- 12 slices Bacon
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 2-3 Tomatoes sliced
- 4 Burrito-size tortillas
- Member's Mark™ Himalayan Pink Salt Grinder to taste
- Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder to taste
For the Ranch
- 1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Member's Mark™ Chopped Chives
- 2 tsp Spice Islands® Dill Weed
- 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Fine Onion Powder
- ¼ tsp Member's Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika
- Member's Mark™ Himalayan Pink Salt Grinder to taste
- Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder to taste
Instructions
For the Wrap
- Heat the bacon in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook until it is crispy and the fat is rendered. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel to soak up the excess grease.
- To build the wraps, add 1 cup of romaine in the center of a tortilla. Drizzle a few tablespoons of the ranch over the romaine. Top with a few tomato slices and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Top with 3 slices of bacon. Add additional ingredients if desired (like avocado slices). Fold up the top and the bottom of the tortilla, then roll the sides in tightly to wrap it up.
For the Homemade Ranch
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until pureed and combined. Store in the fridge in a sealed container - it will last for about a week.
